Workshops

Built for the room you put me in

Each workshop is built on three things: the right format, the right people in the room, and the right leadership challenge.

Every session answers three questions. Who needs to be in the conversation? Which assumptions need to be challenged? What will leaders do differently when they leave the room?

The goal is not attendance. It is movement from conversation to commitment, and from commitment to visible action.

Each session ties back to Leadership Alignment, Accountability, Trust, or Humanity. For one-hour talks, see Presentations.

Executive Accountability

Workshop 01

Executive Accountability

Boardroom and whiteboard exercises

Pillars: Leadership Alignment, Accountability

Best suited for Leadership teams that need alignment on core values, expectations, accountability, and trust, and need to speak with one voice.

The Humanistic Shift™ Assessment can be built into this session. The depth depends on how many of the five assessment areas you include.

Executives set the tone for everything under their watch. Safety rises or falls on boardroom decisions long before anyone steps onto the floor.

Accountability at this level is ownership, not blame. Every policy, budget choice, and priority tells people what actually matters.

When executives make safety a priority, culture changes. When they ignore it, people get hurt. Workers follow what leaders tolerate, not just what they say.

Leadership is proven not by words, but by what you refuse to ignore.

Supervisor’s Accountability

Workshop 02

Supervisor’s Accountability

Classroom and whiteboard exercises

Pillars: Accountability, Trust

Best suited for Frontline supervisors, plant managers, operations leaders, and teams where standards are known but not enforced.

Supervisors stand between leadership expectations and the realities of the job. They are the daily voice of safety. Workers look to them when something does not feel right.

They have to model the behavior they expect, enforce the standards they set, and protect the people they lead. When they hold the line, workers follow. When they look the other way, shortcuts become normal.

This session helps supervisors lead with consistency.

Your team will do what you do. Their safety depends on your leadership.

Hazard Recognition

Workshop 03

Hazard Recognition

Classroom and floor exercise

Pillars: Accountability

Best suited for Supervisors, plant managers, operations leaders, and employees who need sharper eyes on the floor.

Hazards do not hide. They wait for the moment someone is rushed, distracted, or unaware.

Most incidents do not happen because the hazard was invisible. They happen because it was ignored. This session trains people to see what others miss, speak up, and act before risk becomes injury.

Recognizing hazards is a responsibility, not a checkbox. It protects lives every day.

You cannot fix what you refuse to see.

Physical Hazard Assessments

Workshop 04

Physical Hazard Assessments

Educational walkthrough of the facility

Pillars: Accountability, Humanity

Best suited for Supervisors, plant managers, operations leaders, and teams ready to walk the floor together.

A hazard assessment is more than an inspection. It is a promise that every worker deserves a safe place to stand, safe tools, and a safe path home.

I go past surface-level walkthroughs. I find hazards, work to eliminate them, and open honest conversation between supervisors and employees.

Those talks are partnerships, not lectures. When workers feel heard, they engage. When hazards come off the floor, lives are protected.

Hazards do not fix themselves. Leaders do.
